RETURN AND RETURN POLICY offers its customers the “RESTITUTION RIGHT” guarantee, applicable within 7 days from receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send it back. You will be refunded as required by current legislation on the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005).
1. In the event that you wish to return the order, you must first contact our Customer Service. We will do our best to solve the problem. If the problem can not be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it.
2. This communication must be communicated by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The e-mail address must indicate the bank details of exact name used during purchase(name of the bank, name of the agency, IBAN) where the customer wishes to receive the credit of the sum incurred for the purchase of the returned goods.
3. The products must be returned intact within 7 days of receipt and sent to us by registered mail or traced with appropriate packaging carefully sealed and in unopened packaging and not be damaged or used. This package must be sent within 7 days from receipt of the goods purchased at our site. Please note that used goods cannot be accepted except on a reasonable

4. We disclaim any responsibility for damages, including those resulting from loss or theft, caused by packing or order when returning the goods.
5. Transportation costs for returns will be charged to the customer.
6. It is not possible to return the order in case the item and / or the package have been opened, damaged or tampered with. This includes taking the hair out of the package to try them out. Since the extensions and hair accessories are an exception to consumer law as “sealed goods that can not be returned for hygienic reasons or for the protection of health”, we refuse to refuse returns or replacements if the products show evident signs of use or the packages have been opened or the seals have been removed or forced.
